Built from the field

Built from the field
Built for Clearer Safety Communication.

ClearLine Prevention was created to help bridge the gap between established safety programs and Spanish-speaking construction workforces. We turn complex safety information into clear, practical bilingual communication that workers can understand and apply on the job.

Why ClearLine exists

The Gap We Saw in the Field

Construction companies invest significant time and resources into safety programs. But when information is not communicated in a way every worker can clearly understand, important expectations can become difficult to apply in the field.

ClearLine helps close that gap by adapting existing safety information into clear, practical bilingual tools that support understanding, consistency, and stronger communication across the workforce.

Experience That
Inspired the Mission

ClearLine Prevention was founded by M. Ortiz, a construction professional currently working in the field with a general contractor.

Working alongside diverse construction crews has provided firsthand experience with the communication challenges that can exist between established safety programs and Spanish-speaking workers.

Through that field experience—and continued involvement with the Hispanic construction community—M. Ortiz saw the need for practical resources that make important safety information easier to understand and use.

These experiences inspired ClearLine Prevention: a service focused on helping construction companies strengthen communication while supporting the safety programs they already have in place.
